In 2014, the California Sustainable Groundwater Management Act was signed into law to provide local agencies with the framework to manage groundwater basins in a sustainable manner, recognizing that groundwater is most effectively managed at the local level. Aliso Water District GSA Board Meetings: The Aliso Water District GSA Board of Directors meet on the fourth Tuesday of every quarter at 1:30 p.m. at the Aliso Water District office, located at 13991 Avenue 7 in Madera, California. Board meeting agendas are posted a week before the meeting.

Annual Report Submitted for Delta-Mendota Subbasin: The first Annual Report was submitted on April 1, 2020, a consolidated report for all GSAs within the Delta-Mendota Subbasin.
Groundwater Sustainability Plan for Public Review: The Aliso Water District's Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) is available by downloading from the provided link, or a hard copy is available at the District's office. An additional 60-day public review period will be held through the DWR's SGMA Portal.
